When my husband and I began wedding planning Dani was one of the first vendors we booked. That was the best decision we could have made! She was informative, helpful, and provided us so many resources that assisted us in the beginning stages of wedding planning when everything felt a bit overwhelming. We didn’t have a wedding planner and did a lot on our own and Dani truly stepped up and played an important role. She scheduled multiple calls to help us plan every detail and consider things from a photography standpoint we hadn’t even thought of! Day of she showed up and was incredible. Short version: Signed contract + paid retainer = you're locked in on my calendar!
Longer version: Once you inquire, I’ll send over my price & info guide along with a link to book a quick call. We'll chat through all the details—your vision, the vibe, and what working together will actually look like. After that, you’ll get a proposal with a contract & payment plan. Once the dotted line is signed and the retainer is paid, you’re officially booked.
I open my calendar a year in advance, and most of my couples book between 9–12 months out from their wedding day. That said, if you’re planning on a shorter timeline, don’t hesitate to reach out—if I’m free, I’m in.

Yes!! I never want money getting in the way of having your dream photog.
After the initial retainer fee, I split the remainder into payments that work for you. Most of my couples rock a payment plan with 4-6 payments after the retainer, but I'm flexible! So if we need to do $100 every two weeks leading up to your session or wedding, I can make that happen. If you want one lump sum so you can put it on a credit card and manage it on your own time, we can do that too. You just tell me what works and we can go from there.
Retainer for sessions: 50% of package rate
Retainer for weddings & micro-weddings: $1500
Retainer for elopements: $1000

I guarantee 50 images/hour of photography, but I never cap my image counts.
How long it takes:
- For both sessions & weddings, you'll get sneaky peeks within the first 24-48 hours!
- For any of my sessions, the full gallery will be delivered no later than 30 days after your session date.
- For my weddings & elopements, the full gallery will be delivered no later than 90 days post-wedding date.

HECK YES! I’m always down for a destination wedding, elopement, or session. My wedding & elopement pricing is all-inclusive, so travel is already covered—no extra fees, no extra planning on your end. I book it all myself!
Want a couples session somewhere epic? I’ll create a custom package with travel included.
Bonus: If I’m already headed there, you get my standard NV/CA pricing—no travel fees. HELL YEAH!

Technically, no. But I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it. Like, seriously. Having a planner or day-of coordinator is a total game-changer—whether it’s just the two of you eloping or a 300-person party. If a client shares their wedding day regrets with me, it's usually one of two things: not hiring a planner or not hiring video. If your budget can swing it, having someone in charge of the day is my top tip.
Without a planner, I often end up playing part-time coordinator—directing vendors, helping with decor, keeping things on schedule—which takes me away from my main job: capturing your day. Plus, no planner/coordinator usually means friends and family end up running around behind the scenes instead of actually celebrating with you.
With a planner in the mix? Magic. I get to do what you actually hired me for: focus on the moments, the chaos, the laughter, the things you’ll want to remember forever. Your gallery ends up stronger, and your day ends up way less stressful for everyone.

Great question! I only offer mini sessions on specific dates once or twice a year during my designated mini session days.
For most of the year, I focus on full sessions because they give us the time to really connect, ease into things, and capture those candid, natural moments you’re probably here for. It’s less rushed, more fun, and way more “you” — which is exactly what I want your photos to feel like.
