By the time wedding day rolls around, the plans are made and the logistics are handled. You get married, love on your humans, take it all in, and I’ll be there making sure nothing gets missed.
03 - Lock in all the deets
This is where we put in the work so wedding day gets to feel easy & stress-free. Questionnaires, timeline building, location scouting, logistics, vendor recs -- whatever your particular day calls for, we’ll get it sorted ahead of time.
02 - Sign on the dotted line
Once you’ve picked the collection that fits your dream day, a signed contract & paid retainer officially puts your date on my calendar!! Then we can get to planning alllll the good stuff.

Short version: Signed contract + paid retainer = you're locked in on my calendar!
Longer version: Once you inquire, I’ll send over my price & info guide along with a link to book a quick call. We'll chat through all the details—your vision, the vibe, and what working together will actually look like. After that, you’ll get a proposal with a contract & payment plan. Once the dotted line is signed and the retainer is paid, you’re officially booked.
I open my calendar a year in advance, and most of my couples book between 9–12 months out from their wedding day. That said, if you’re planning on a shorter timeline, don’t hesitate to reach out—if I’m free, I’m in.

Technically, no. But I HIGHLY recommend having a planner or day-of coordinator. Whether it’s an intimate elopement or a 300-person party, having someone whose actual job is to run the day is one of my biggest recommendations.
Without a planner or day-of coordinator, I often become the de-facto coordinator alongside your DJ -- directing vendors, keeping things on schedule, answering questions & solving whatever needs solving. BUT every minute I spend playing coordinator is time I’m pulled away from what you actually hired me to do: photograph your wedding.
Having a planner or DOC is also going to make your day feel WAYYYYY less stressful because the responsibility of running the show doesn’t fall on you, your friends & family, or vendors you hired to do a completely different job.
If your budget can swing it, a planner or coordinator is one of my top recommendations.

After the initial retainer fee, I split the remainder into payments that work for you. Most of my couples rock a payment plan with 4-6 payments after the retainer, but I'm flexible! So if we need to do $100 every two weeks leading up to your session or wedding, I can make that happen. If you want one lump sum so you can put it on a credit card, max out the honeymoon points and manage it on your own time, we can do that too. You just tell me what works and we can go from there.
