WORK WITH MADDIE’S WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
You guys…my first INTERNATIONAL wedding ever!!! I was so honored when my girl Whitney of Wild Love & Wanderlust asked me to come help her photograph Maddie Lymburner & Chris Hartwig’s intimate wedding in the heart of Ontario, CA.
If you don’t know Maddie yet, you should! She kills it on the online space making killer workouts accessible for all. She is also just such a positive and kind person and I think the internet needs more humans like her!
Before the big day, we photographed Maddie & Chris at their Airbnb and did a little engagement session before their rehearsal dinner. It was so lovely to meet them and their families before the wedding day.

The next day, we met up at the same Airbnb and got to work photographing the most magical day! Maddie was at the house getting ready with her besties — they did one another’s hair and make-up and it was so cute! We also photographed her dress at this point and fun fact, she custom-made her dress. She took the top design from one dress and the skirt from another and BAM! A dress literally made for her and it fit her like a freakin’ glove!!
Whitney then hung back at the airbnb and I went over to their venue to meet up with Chris and the guys! Their venue was a private property of Chris’ family and it was the most magical slice of heaven. Between the perfect tent set up for the reception, the fairy lights over the dance floor that lead to the forest, to the walk through the forest where you happened upon the ceremony was held — let’s just say a DREAM!! There really wasn’t a better place for Maddie Lymburner & Chris Hartwig’s intimate wedding. Maddie said that her wedding was “her Pinterest board come to life” and I honestly couldn’t agree more!
On the docks of the pond, Maddie & Chris said “I do” in front of their closest friends and family and it was nothing short of perfect. A bomb-ass reception followed with some of the most amazing food, heartfelt speeches and of course all the dancing.
Forever mind-blown that this is my freakin job and I get to travel all over the world celebrating love stories between the most down-to-earth, incredible souls!
