From the moment Kristina and Jorge first reached out, I knew they were going to be so fun and so cute! Saying “I Do” at Road Hill Pines Tahoe

The venue is overlooking a picture-perfect stretch of sand in South Lake Tahoe. It has stunning views of the lake! The team at Road Hill Pines really knows how to turn your wedding day vision into reality. And, if you’re looking for a photographer, I am an *ahem* preferred vendor!

Rolling into a Fall Wedding Day

As I’m rolling up to join Kristina and her bridesmaids to get some detailed shots and get ready photos, I hear them bumping 90s R&B with some early 00s throwbacks. These songs are my jam making me more hyped for their day! The whole crew was so excited for the day just hyping Kristina up.

HOT TAKE: Your wedding party should be made up of people genuinely excited to be there with you to see you get married. Not just a filler friend. Forget about the “aesthetic” appeal of having an equal number of bridesmaids and groomsmen.

When we pull up to Road Hill Pines for the first look, we see Jorge looking sharp and so handsome in a full tux! During the first look, you can just see they are having such a good time and so stupidly in love. I’m OBSESSED. 

Getting Married at Road Hill Pines Tahoe

It was a toasty fall wedding day at South Lake Tahoe when we got Kristina and Jorge married! At cocktail hour Kristina took a shot at the bar with her amazing hype crew as she prepared for a grand entrance.

I think it’s always a fun time to have a couple enter the reception in a grand way! It’s your day! Just before the dancing began, I stole the two lovebirds away to snap some golden hour portrait shots at the beach. We got lucky to even capture some in the blue hour!
My favorite has got to be where you see the moon peeking behind them. So EPIC.

Returning back to the reception Kristina and Jorge had no trouble getting down and dirty with it. Dropping it low!! It was so much fun seeing everyone’s stank faces while dancing. 

The best way to start my fall season!
